King Tide Townhouse is a particularly child friendly home - as well as being only 200 paces from the main surf beach and Barwon River, it boasts many extras for the kids at the home aswell. King Tide offers: single/double or triple pram, beach toys, beach umbrellas and chairs, sand toys, beach towels, outdoor playgym, air hockey table, 10 game fooz ball table, boxes and boxes of toys including lego, Barbie, trucks and farm animals, puzzles, games, books and hundreds of in house movies, baby bed, port a cot (s), high chair (s), trikes, toddler bikes (please BYO helmets), scooters, dart board, surfboards, boogy boards, balls, cricket gear and dolls houses. The list changes occasionally due to wear and tear, but there is always ample things for children and this list (although not exhaustive) is indicative of what is on offer.

Your hosts are a phone call away to answer any queries you may have, or to attend to any needs. Operating hours are 7.30 a.m. - 9.30 p.m. 7 days a week, and outside those hours for emergencies.

Head northwest on West Gate Fwy 7.5 km 2. Continue on Princes Fwy 48.0 km 3. Continue on Princes Hwy 13.4 km 4. Turn left at Barwon Heads Rd 18.6 km 5. Continue on Geelong Rd 0.4 km 6. Turn right at Hitchcock Ave 0.8 km 7. Turn left at Bridge Rd 0.2 km 8. Continue on Barwon Heads Ocean Grove Rd 2.4 km 9. Turn right at Osborne St 27 m 10. Travelling from Melbourne, follow the Princes Highway through Geelong, then follow the road signs to Ocean Grove. A main road into Ocean Grove is Wallington Road. Continue along Wallington Road until you reach Ocean Grove/Barwon Heads Road. Turn right into Ocean Grove/Barwon Heads Road. Sweetman Parade is located approximately 300 metres on the left. On the left side of Sweetman Parade is King Tide Townhouse. You will see the King Tide Townhouse sign at the front of your accommodation. On the left, just above the middle of the photograph sits "the bluff". Guests can take in a magnificent view of the coastline from this high open headland. On the right, just above the middle of the photograph sits the township of Barwon Heads, just across the bridge over the Barwon River. The upper right of the photograph clearly shows the coastline to Torquay, a well known venue to surf enthusiasts. The Great Ocean Road follows the coast and there are magnificent views to take in through the towns of Torquay, Lorne, Port Campbell, Apollo Bay, Warrnambool through to Portland.
