Dine in at your gourmet kitchen or visit the many restaurants, café’s and shops only a few metres away. Now you can enjoy all that Ocean Grove has to offer right at your doorstep. CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS A deposit equal to one nights accommodation is required to secure a booking. Final payment is due up to 2 months prior to accommodation date. 1. More than 21 days notice of cancellation is made – full refund is issued. 2. 7 – 21 days notice of cancellation is made – full refund returned unless the property is not rebooked. 3. Less than 7 days notice (inc. non arrival) – full payment of period booked is required. A booking fee of $50.00 is payable for any cancellation made. During peak times, and for general bookings of 4 days or more, a minimum 60 day notice of cancellation must be made to receive a refund; therefore, point number one does not apply to these bookings.

Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned. All cancellations fees/refunds charged by the Property must be negotiated direct with the Property Owner/Manager.
