Features: - Fully Self Contained home - Gas kitchen appliances, dishwasher - Deck area overlooking the parkland - 3 bedrooms; 2 x double beds, 1 x fold out double sofa, 1 x single stretcher bed - Laundry with washing machine - Heating, fans for cooling, outdoor awning blinds - 2 TV’s including LCD, video and DVD player - Fully enclosed yard - BBQ and outdoor setting - Tranquil outlook over parkland and reserve - This home isn’t suitable for pets Wander across to the parkland which adjoins the house, and enjoy a picnic or play ball games. Birds, frogs and ducks frequent the park which provides a relaxing setting right at your doorstep.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS A deposit of 25% is required within 5 days of booking. This will secure your booking. If a deposit is not received in this time, we reserve the right to re-advertise those dates. Final payment is due up to 2 months prior to accommodation date. If you have booked a home at a reduced rate, the full amount of the booking is due at the time of making the booking. 1. More than 21 days notice of cancellation is made – full refund is issued. 2. 7 – 21 days notice of cancellation is made – full refund returned unless the property is not rebooked. 3. Less than 7 days notice (inc. non arrival) – full payment of period booked is required. A booking fee of $50.00 is payable for any cancellation made. During peak times, and for general bookings of 4 days or more, a minimum 60 day notice of cancellation must be made to receive a refund; therefore, point number one does not apply to these bookings.

Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned. All cancellations fees/refunds charged by the Property must be negotiated direct with the Property Owner/Manager.
