A deposit of at least the 1st nights accommodation is required to secure a booking. Final payment is due up to 2 months prior to accommodation date. If you have booked a home at a reduced rate, the full amount of the booking is due at the time of making the booking. 1. More than 21 days notice of cancellation is made â?? full refund is issued. 2. 7 â?? 21 days notice of cancellation is made â?? full refund returned unless the property is not rebooked. 3. Less than 7 days notice (inc. non arrival) â?? full payment of period booked is required. A booking fee of $50.00 is payable for any cancellation made. During peak times, and for general bookings of 4 days or more, a minimum 60 day notice of cancellation must be made to receive a refund; therefore, point number one does not apply to these bookings.
Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned. All cancellations fees/refunds charged by the Property must be negotiated direct with the Property Owner/Manager.
