Lorneview is located at the township of Eastern View on Victoria's Great Ocean Road. Lorneview is approximately 14 kilometers east of Lorne and 6 kilometers west of Airey's Inlet - approximately 300m east of the Memorial Archway across the Great Ocean Road.

Local Attractions:

Angahook State Park Angahook-Lorne State Park has some of the richest flora in Victoria. The broad, gentle undulating ridges in the east of the park support extensive heathlands, excellent for wildflowers in Spring and early Summer. The paperbark swamps along Distillery and Salt Creeks are unique in the park, with dense Scented Paperbark, coral fern and tea tree. Red Ironbarks grow in a narrow rain shadow around Aireys Inlet with tall Blue Gums near the Moggs Creek picnic area. The Moggs Creek Picnic Area is only a 30 minute walk from Lorneview. One of our favourite walks takes you along the ridge behind Lorneview, affording fantastic panoramic views, then through the forest and back along the beach to home. It's an invigorating stroll you won't forget! The Twelve Apostles Few visitors to Victoria forego the chance to see The Twelve Apostles. Magnificent, a natural wonder, the Twelve Apostles stand like ancient stone sentries guarding Australia's southern shores. To visit the Twelve Apostles take a leisurely day trip from Lorneview. Other Attractions There are many other attractions. Surfing at Eastern View or at famous Bells Beach, golf in Anglesea, trekking through the Otway Ranges or enjoying a meal with a view at The Airey's Inlet Hotel.
